Thank you for your interest in utilizing CTN to get to work or a workshop program. Our goal is that each person has the access they need to get to work or workshop. The greatest independence comes from using Fort Wayne’s public transit system, Citilink, which is why we try to encourage as many riders as possible use Citilink. Their services include fixed routes, deviated routes, and paratransit services. We also recognize that not everyone is eligible or is able to navigate public transportation. That is where CTN comes in.

To apply for our Work Trips for People with Disabilities transportation program, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Confirm Citilink Riding Eligibility

  • You’ll start with completing a Citilink ACCESS application. Once completed it can be downloaded and emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Citilink at 801 Leesburg Road, Fort Wayne, IN, 46808.
  • If you are approved to ride Citilink, you are likely not eligible to ride with CTN. We strongly encourage you to consider Travel Training, a program provided by Citilink.

Step 2: Register with CTN

  • Once you have a letter from Citilink stating ineligibility to ride Access, you will complete CTN’s registration process. A copy of the registration form is included with this letter. Or you can register through the online form below.
  • You will need to include a copy of the letter of ineligibility from Citilink with your registration.
  • You can also call our office to register over the phone. Call Robin at 494-1946 to register. You will need to either drop off your Citilink ineligibility letter or mail it to 5601 Industrial Road, Fort Wayne, IN, 46825

Step 3: CTN will notify you of your final status 10 business days after submitting a complete registration.

  • If you are eligible to ride with CTN, we will contact you about when transportation can start. Please note, you may be placed on a waiting list until capacity opens.
  • If you are considered ineligible to ride with CTN, we will work with you on next steps
