Transportation does not need to be a barrier to the Covid-19 Vaccine in Allen County! CTN has partnered with Uber, as well as local agencies, to provide free rides to vaccine locations throughout Fort Wayne and Allen County.
Individuals who do not have a mobility disability are encouraged to book their trip through Uber by going to t.uber.com/CTNVaccineRides – Residents located in the 46802, 46803, 46806, and 46816 area codes can get a free ride through Uber. If you do not live in one of those zip codes, you may secure a Lyft by calling 1.888.484.3258 and selecting Option 9.
Individuals who would like an accessible ride with a lift-equipped vehicle may call CTN to schedule their ride. Please call 260-420-3280 with at least 72 hours’ notice. Trips cannot be provided on Sundays, and there is limited availability on Saturdays.
