CTN Request for Quotes to Procure Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles

Community Transportation Network, Inc. (CTN) is seeking quotes from qualified firms for the procurement of three (3) wheelchair accessible vehicles. The vehicles will be funded in part by Section 5310 funding from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Due to being federally funded the firm/organization must meet and comply with all applicable federal terms, conditions, and certifications. The bidder/company MUST submit the appropriate required certifications set forth in this request.

The vehicle must be new and be compliant with all federal conditions, clauses, and certifications listed in this document. The vehicles must have a wheelchair lift and hold up to nine (9) removable ambulatory seats a hold up to three (3) wheelchairs. All quotes must be submitted in the form of a proposal that includes at minimum:

• The firm/bidder/organization’s name
• Address
• Contact information
• Name of the person(s) authorized to sign contracts/purchase agreements
• A firm fixed price of the vehicles
• A description of the vehicles (year, make, model, and all specifications including accessibility
• All Required Certifications
• Responsibility Determination Criteria
  • Length of time the company has performed the requested work
  • A list of previous or current clients
  • A statement of financial condition
  • A statement of qualifications
  • Documentation the company maintains the technical capacity to complete the project
